Uses & How to Use

1. For Constipation (Internal Use)

Purpose: Softens stool and eases bowel movement.

How to use:

Adults: 15–30 ml once daily, preferably at night.

Important:

Use short-term only.

Do not take continuously for long periods.

Take 2–3 hours away from other supplements or medicines.

2. Skin Moisturizer (External Use)

Purpose: Relieves dry, cracked, or irritated skin.

How to use:

Apply a thin layer to clean, slightly damp skin.

Ideal after bathing to seal in moisture.

3. Foot Care & Soaks

Purpose: Softens heels and rough skin.

How to use:

After a warm foot soak, massage a small amount onto feet.

Wear cotton socks for better absorption.

4. Massage & Carrier Oil

Purpose: Provides smooth glide for massage; can carry essential oils.

How to use:

Use alone or mix with a few drops of essential oil.

Precautions

Not for children unless advised by a professional.

Avoid internal use during pregnancy unless advised.

Overuse internally may reduce absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K).
