Tongkat Ali
Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia) — Description & How to Use
Description
Tongkat Ali, also known as Longjack, is a traditional Southeast Asian medicinal root. It has been used for generations to support energy levels, stress resilience, vitality, and general wellness. The root contains natural plant compounds (such as quassinoids and alkaloids) that are valued for helping the body adapt to physical and mental stress.
Traditionally, Tongkat Ali is seen as a balancing herb—supporting stamina, mood, and overall strength rather than acting as a quick stimulant.
