🌿 How to Use Mullein
1️⃣ Mullein Tea (Most Common)
Best for lungs, cough, chest congestion
Add 1 teaspoon of dried mullein leaves to 1 cup of hot water
Cover and steep 10–15 minutes
Strain very well (important to remove fine hairs)
Drink 1–2 cups daily
👉 You may add honey or ginger for taste and extra soothing.
2️⃣ Mullein Powder
Take ½–1 teaspoon
Mix with warm water, herbal tea, or honey
Use once or twice daily
3️⃣ Mullein Tincture (If available)
Take 20–30 drops
In a little water
2–3 times daily
4️⃣ Steam Inhalation (Optional)
Add a handful of mullein leaves to hot water
Inhale steam for 5–10 minutes
Helps open airways and loosen mucus
